What is your opinion?
Has anyone dealt with AT&T customer service? Recently I bought something online from AT&T with a promotion and it stated that the promotion was for its customer only. I have been a customer of AT&T for years. Well, after couples days, I was told the promotion was not for me. Since the processed of my order, I have been getting marketing (e-)mails from AT&T. The account with AT&T is under my husband's name so I have not been getting marketing mails. It makes me feel like the false promotion was intended to get registered email addresses for marketing purpose. What is your opinion?
